Why should I choose Hutcherson over other shops?

Our customers often boast of our experience and honesty since the 1970s. Also, we are not a chain store. Rather, we are a family run business with a staff that is well-trained, and keep customer satisfaction as its top priority. We do not just sell a part; we help you find the right solution.

Can you handle heavy-equipment parts or marine units?

Absolutely. We handle heavy-equipment and marine starters and alternators too. These are often hard to source, but we accept the challenge and provide good options when others may turn you away. Our team has years of experience finding the right fit and providing it to you well in time.

Do I need an appointment to bring in a unit for inspection or testing?

Do you offer warranties on rebuilt or new parts?

+

Yes, we stand by our work. For rebuilds and new parts, we discuss warranty terms at the time of sale so you know what all is covered. If something does not hold up, you bring it back and we take care of it.

Do you provide wholesale or bulk battery cable supplies?

Indeed we do. We carry battery cable in bulk-50-foot and 100-foot rolls- to serve shops, fleets, and heavy-duty users who need reliable wiring solutions.

What should I bring when I come in for service?

+

Bring the part you have (alternator or starter) if possible, and any details about the vehicle or machine like make, model, engine size, serial number. That helps us test properly and find the right replacement or rebuild path without delay. If you are unsure, do not worry, let our staff know and we will take care of it all.
